User's Guide:
How to Change a Password on an Email Account:



Step 1:

For CyberCentral account management, The "User Central" Control Panel can be accessed by clicking on the image to the right, which is found on the bottom left panel of our main home page, under the heading of "Member Services"

Step 2:

After clicking the link to the control panel, the User Central Login Screen will appear in a new browser window. Type in your Username and your Password, then click the green tick or press Enter.

Step 3:

You are now Logged in to your User Central Control Panel. The options available vary depending on the type of account you have:

Web Hosting Accounts at Login are presented with a "Manage My Domain" Panel. To acces the User Account Management Section, Select the domains below corresponding to the email address you wish to modfy. A new Screen appears with several options, Click "Manage Mail Accounts"

-or-

ADSL/Broadband and Dial up Accounts go directly to the "Welcome to User Account Management:" options. Click "Manage Mail Accounts"

 

Step 4:

Within the "Welcome to User Account Management:" section, Click "Manage Mail Accounts"

 

Step 5:

EMAIL MANAGEMENT: Modify Email / Alias Account: displays a summary of your email accounts. To change the password of an account, click the Key Image in the "Pass" Column, a new window will appear.

 

Step 6:

Enter a New Password and Confrm it, then Click Update..

 

 

Upon Clicking "Update", The Password will be updated and you will return to the EMAIL MANAGEMENT Section

Remember to Update the Password In your Email Program's Settings:

To Logout at anytime, Click the . button located at the top centre of the screen.
