What is CyberCentral's Live Support?:
In an effort to provide the best possible customer service and technical support, CyberCentral have added several alternative methods of contacting us and obtaining assistance:
Live Support Software is a utility the CyberCentral team use for instant messaging communication with visitors to our website, who have an enquiry or are in need of online assistance.
The software enables support staff to receive and respond to communication from users visiting the website who click on the live support icon. This icon dynamically displays the presence of support staff by displaying “Online” or “Offline” status. When the status displays “Online” it is possible to exchange instant messages with support staff. When the Offline status is displayed the message is sent directly to support staff and responded to via your email account or by phone.
The benefit of Live Support is that it allows CyberCentral staff to monitor any support issues or inquiries after hours, increasing times of availability, and speedy, simple access to assistance.
Website visitors are not required to install any additional software on their PC's to communicate freely with our staff.
